ImagineCamp!

Imagine Camp!, the Brooklyn summer day camp for children ages 8-12, helps young people dream, design, and engineer personal passion projects. Imagine Camp is inspired by Workshop Middle School’s Genius Hour, an innovative project-based curriculum for creative and curious minds.
At Imagine Camp, campers make big things: With clay, with wood, with words, and with code. Most importantly: with their hearts. Because learning isn’t only about tools and technology. When young people learn how to follow their dreams, they have the power to change the world.
Campers get instruction and participate in all three core programs and choose a passion project in one of the following:
Animation Station! Campers learn industry-standard animation software and hardware. Projects can include computer animation, claymation, or hand animation.
Woodworking! Learn to use professional power tools and machines safely and effectively. Build your own project ideas - from birdhouses to bedroom furniture!
Write the World! Campers write the stories that inspire them in the ways that excite them! Draft and stage original theater with professional actors.
Students work inside in state-of-the-art classrooms and play outside in Prospect Park. Throughout the week, they get group and one-on-one instruction for their project, plus plenty of outdoor time and play time.
Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 3:30pm.
