Connecticut Audubon Society - The “Not So Bummer Summer”
The Connecticut Audubon Society brings its nature-based programs to homes and backyards this summer for a virtual camp experience of online and outdoor adventures. The 10-week program, for ages 6 through 10, runs Monday through Friday from 9am to noon. The “Not So Bummer Summer” is a unique camp alternative, designed and run by Connecticut Audubon’s camp directors and educators for kids to have fun at home while connecting with the natural world. Live, interactive explorations and activities will spark curiosity and sharpen thinking skills through experimentation, exploration, art, and citizen science. Camp follows a different theme each week; sign up for single weeks, or all 10. Discounted pricing is available for multiple weeks and siblings. Visit the website for more information including a schedule, program FAQ, and how to register.
