Hickory Nut Gap Farm began in the mountains of Western North Carolina in the year 1916. Today, fourth-generation descendant Jamie Ager owns and operates the farm with his family. They raise 100% grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork/chicken and partner with over 50 other like-minded family farmers in the Southeast region.
