The 4th Annual Littell-Lord Fall Festival is a much-anticipated, fan-favorite annual event which blends seasonal fall festivities, local history, family fun, and more—all while raising funds for the ongoing renovation of the Littell-Lord Homestead, one of Berkeley Heights’ most cherished landmarks.

This year, the Berkeley Heights Police Department is teaming up with the Historic Preservation Committee during this event to hold the annual BHPD Fishing Derby.

Festival Highlights Include:

  •  Pumpkin Painting

  •  Guided Tours of the Historic Littell-Lord Farmstead

  •  Local Crafters and Artisans - includes Bale Crafts - woodwork; JR Bale - author; MJ Designs - artist; Kara Nohilly - crafter/ornaments; Astor Apiary - honey; Aimee Kaufman - author; Pamela Hegarty - author;  Gabby’s Goodies - personalized items; Lara Andrews - soaps, body scrubs, etc.; Two Moms and a Whisk - cookies; Azure Yorozu - cookies and crafts; Gina Schwenk; Christina Coker - hair bows and bow ties

  •  Live Music 

  •  Food Truck Fare - includes Zita’s ice cream truck; Va Fa Napoli pizza truck; Patria Station

  •  Beer Garden - Trap Rock beer and wine garden 

  •  Student Showcases from the Governor Livingston Woodworking and Art Departments

  •  Fishing Derby hosted by the Berkeley Heights PBA (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

Whether you're a family looking for a fun day out, a history enthusiast, or someone who just loves the spirit of fall, the Littell-Lord Fall Festival has something for everyone.

Parking is limited, so guests are encouraged to walk if they can. Street parking is available on Sutton Drive and Whitney Drive; there is a short walking path that goes through the woods at the end of Whitney you can take to the farmstead grounds. 

The Littell-Lord Homestead, originally built in the 18th century, remains a vital piece of Berkeley Heights’ heritage.
