  • At 2 pm in the state historic 1752 Steuben House join Teri Hislop tribal member and Clan Mother of the Lenape Nation of Pennsylvania who teaches Southern Unami dialect of the Lenape Language as she gives a presentation about the surge in language revitalization projects as native people reclaim their cultures and traditions.
  • Primitive Technologist Steve Adams speaks throughout the day on The Material Culture of Prehistory. He demonstrates the use of stone tools and flint knapping as well as the working of plant fibers.
  • Stop by the Westervelt-Thomas Barn (weather permitting) to see a broom making demonstration and be sure to visit with the blacksmith on site to see what he is making.
  • Tour the Campbell-Christie House and visit the gift shop while you enjoy refreshments including donuts, cornbread, and lemonade throughout the day.
  • Do not forget to visit the society's authentic Jersey Dutch out-kitchen to see interpreters prepare a planked fish, three sisters succotash with maple syrup, and popcorn on a stick.

Free parking available on site or take the train to the "New Bridge Landing" station on the Pascack Valley Line.

Dogs are permitted on site on leash but not in the houses.
