Roar and Explore Dinosaurs
Have a family day at the Dinosaurs in Motion exhibit at The Museum of Discovery and Science. The exhibit showcases movable dinosaurs using the science of kinetics, biomechanics, and robotics.
Families can participate in dinosaur activities such as excavating artifacts just like a paleontologist would in the Dino Dig Pit. They get to chip away at fossils and make-and-take a shark tooth necklace. They can travel back in time while watching a stage show to learn about fossils and dinosaurs when they roamed the Earth as well as, going on a Rock Talk tour with an in-house geologist.
There are animal encounters with animals such as alligators and horseshoe crabs. Visitors can also catch an IMAX movie; titles include Dinosaurs of Antarctica, Ancient Caves, and Dino Dana The Movie.
This exhibit is free with Museum admission.
