Miami Children’s Museum hosts two interactive and cultural "crafternooons" for families at The Shops at Midtown Miami this season.

Activities on 5/15 include Kinetic Lines, engaging children with colorful wire and clay to create an art piece; and Concentric Shapes, in which children create their own abstract expressionist collages inspired by artist Jasper Johns.

On 6/25, participants learn about texture mosaics inspired by Art Nouveau architecture, and geometric colors inspired by abstract art.

The activities take place at the center’s M Park located near West Elm and Nordstrom Rack.
