Captain Marvel (PG-13)
- see all dates
"I'm not gonna fight your war. I'm gonna end it." Captain Marvel saves the day in the latest Marvel release at the El Capitan.
Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.
As usual, the El Capitan offers exclusive experiences that make it one of the best places to see the film in LA. All ticket holders seeing the film at El Capitan receive a limited-edition Captain Marvel themed embroidered patch, while supplies last.
Costumes from the film are on display at the theatre throughout the run of the film
The El Capitan Theatre also hosts Special 90’s Nites every Thursday evening with raffle prizes and more during the run of Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best 90’s attire.
Captain Marvel is rated PG-13 and has a run time of 2 hours and 8 minutes.
Daily showtimes are 12pm, 3:30pm, and 7pm, and 10:20pm.
Tiny Tot screenings are the first screenings on the Tuesdays of the run.
Parking rates at the Hollywood & Highland Center are $3 for up to four hours with validation from El Capitan Theatre.
