La Mirada’s annual Independence Celebration takes place on Monday, July 3.

Festivities at La Mirada Regional Park start at 4pm. The event features live entertainment, games and activities for children of all ages, and a patriotic program.

Various vendors and non-profit organizations will have food and drinks available for purchase.

Parking will be available at La Mirada Regional Park.  Overflow parking will be available at La Mirada Civic Center, the stadium parking lot at La Mirada High School (after 1:30 p.m.) and Biola University (entrance off La Mirada Boulevard).   The City will provide free shuttle service from Biola University beginning 3 p.m.  Shuttle service will stop approximately 45 minutes after the event.
