Oh my gods: the Buena Vista Branch Library hosts a free Greek Mythology Book Party.

Guests can make a Medusa headpiece, sprout wings on their feet like Hermes, make an ancient Greek shield and design their own Pandora's box, while learning about the library's own Greek Mythology books.

Dress up is welcome; revelers can come in a costume or a toga. 

For kids in grades 1-5. Free reservations are required for this program. Call 818.238.5610 to sign up.
