Spend a night in nature, learning about some of the local creatures in our city. 

Nature Knowledge Nights are always free and are great for all ages.

These hour-long events include group activities, ESTEAM fundamentals, nature hikes, guided tours, animal ambassador experiences, and community science projects. Events vary based on location.

 Deane Dana Friendship Park and Nature Center Nature Knowledge Nights take place every Wednesday and Saturday throughout October at 6pm. 

Registration is not required, just show up.

Most of these activities take place outside, so make sure to dress warmly for the evenings and wear comfortable shoes in case hiking is involved.
