Musical Story Time and Kids Crafts hosted by Books and Cookies
Books and Cookies visits Ivy Station for free Musical Story Time and Kids Crafts on the lawn.
The fun includes reading stories, singing, dancing, jamming with musical instruments, playing with the parachute, and getting crafty.
Families can come by early to get settled and pop some bubbles, and stay a few minutes after to connect with other families, get creative with kids crafts, and build community around literacy.
Though the gathering is outside, all adults are encouraged to wear a mask when in close proximity to other families for the health and safety of the children. Anyone experiencing COVID-like symptoms is asked to stay home. All shared instruments and props are sanitized after use.
Event is free with free validated parking, but registration is requested! Please bring a blanket or mat to sit on.
Due to improvements to the Great Lawn, this program is being held on the plaza for the month of August..
