The whole family can get groovin’ at the Sierra Madre Playhouse. Matt Johnson & the New Jet Set Swingin’ the Disney Songbook offers a program of retro-cool jazz interpretations of beloved songs from Disney animated films.

The multi-media musical experience features hits from 101 Dalmatians, Aladdin, Alice in Wonderland, Aristocats, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Coco, Dumbo, Jungle Book, Lady and the Tramp, Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Pocahontas, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Toy Story, and Winnie the Pooh.

Drummer Johnson acts as host, providing a fascinating behind-the-scenes look into the unforgettable songs that have become the heart and soul of classic Disney movies.

The band also features vocalist Adryon de León, Chris Barron, piano, David Miller, bass, and Miles Jensen, guitar.
