The National Park Service is excited to host their first ever Junior Ranger Day Festival in the Santa Monica Mountains. This free 4-hour event includes a wide variety of activities to educate and prep hopeful junior rangers. After a day of training and adventuring, kids can take the junior ranger oath to solidify their new role.

There is free parking at this event. Participants should bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable hiking clothes. Make sure to bring your hiking boots (or a comfortable pair of shoes) and a hat.
