On Halloween weekend, Citadel Outlets hosts a boo-tastic bash for families.

All monsters—big and little—are invited for Halloween activities including a face painter, costume contest and more, with ghostly music played by a DJ throughout the event. 

And here's a treat: from 5 - 7pm,  kids can collect treats as they take part in a candy crawl, with trick-or-treating throughout the Center.

Plus - Jack is Back!  Big Jack – the 16-foot-tall, 15-foot-wide, 1500-pound steel pumpkin - makes its noble return to Citadel Outlets. Big Jack is on display all month outside the Food Court.
