826LA is back with free creative workshops at the Hammer Museum. In October, participants create maps of their personal experiences of Los Angeles using five spatial elements: paths, edges, districts, nodes, and landmarks.

The workshops is led by Gabe Milner, chair of the history department at the Episcopal School of Los Angeles.

These free workshops are designed for up to 20 students. Reservations are encouraged: either online or by calling 310-915-0200. Drop-ins are welcome, if space allows.

This workshop is in person at the Hammer Museum. See website for the Hammer's Covid protocols.
