4th of July Block Party

Downtown's Gloria Molina Grand Park and The Music Center host a block party, touted as Los Angeles County’s largest free July 4th celebration. Music performances showcasing L.A.’s global and diverse sounds are presented on two stages.
And as if that wasn't enough, the park presents a digital playground for children and families to explore digital and Augmented Reality (AR) experiences, an Immersive Art area, food trucks, arts, crafts and games.
Doors open at 4pm; families can start the fun early with picnicking. Guests can bring their own picnics are choose from the many gourmet food trucks on site. Alcohol is not permitted in the park and is not sold at the event.
The celebration is spread across the six city blocks that comprise Gloria Molina Grand Park.
