This Mineola Library is designed for preschoolers with a focus on mindfulness and body awareness Children are provided with opportunities to develop language skills while engaging in yoga poses. Students will learn strategies for emotional regulation and learn ways to express themselves functionally with both their bodies and their words.

This program is presented by Actions Speak Kids. Sign up for non Mineola library cardholders begins on June 5.
