Students will observe the area views and then select a scene from photographs. The horizon line will be determined, and light direction and shadows will be defined.

The illusion of perspective will be illustrated as the elements are rendered – rocks, trees, animals and more. Quincy will demonstrate drawing with pen and ink and adding ink washes to create the scene.
