Enjoy Halloween in a safe environment. All goblins and ghouls and children dressed in costume are invited for safe outdoor trick-or-treating at The Shoppes at East Wind.

Beginning at 11am children in costume can find treats outside participating shops. A Fall Festival and Craft Fair will also be going on from 10am-6pm.
