Defy gravity at the Long Island Children's Museum by designing your own spinning top to take home. Then design your own pom-pom launcher and learn about the transfer of potential to kinetic energy to create enough force to send your pom poms flying.

These activities are being offered free with admission on the opening of the museum's newest exhibit, Loops and Hoops.
