Register for the Long Island Kidney Walk on Sunday, October 23. This special day is a celebration of the kidney community, with plenty of fall activities and fun for the whole family. Form your team for free, take in the fall foliage as you walk around Belmont Lake State Park, and take part in helping us raise awareness of kidney disease.
