Vermont-based artist Janet Fredericks uses a variety of media to create art that will inspire viewers to appreciate and protect our natural resources. Her work is informed by her natural interest in slowing down to observe water, plants and insects all around her.

Fredericks will offer a series of Artist-in Residence workshops throughout the summer focused on her water drawings that examine the patterns and reflections created by the flow of water in rivers and streams.  This residence rounds out LICM’s “Community of Artists” series with her exhibit focused on the natural environment.

Note: The Museum is closed Mondays.
