Learn about dragonflies, damselflies, and their wetland habitat at the South Fork Natural History Museum. There will also be face painting, crafts, presentations, and more.

Dragonflies are a sentinel species; their presence (or absence) is indicative of the health of our wetland ecosystems. Nearly every dragonfly species around the world has now been assessed against the IUCN Redlist criteria revealing that 16% of species are at risk of extinction.
