Annual Veterans Day Program
To honor the men and women who serve in the U.S. Armed Forces, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library hosts its annual Veterans Day event. Activities include live musical entertainment, a Civil War encampment, a military vehicle display, and a program honoring all branches of our military.
The program, which begins at 11am, includes an honor guard, live music, and remarks by keynote speaker Captain Dan Pedersen. Captain Pedersen was the senior officer in the group of nine men who formed the Navy’s legendary “Topgun” graduate program at Naval Air Station Miramar in March 1969.
Reservations are recommended to attend the program.
Outdoor events and the program are free to attend. Museum admission rates apply to visit the Reagan Museum and Air Force One Pavilion, including the special exhibit Egypt’s Lost Cities. Veterans with valid ID receive free admission to the Museum on November 11. Active U.S. military members with valid ID are always free.
