Ring in the New Year at Noon – New Rochelle
This fun-filled daytime event is complete with a spectacular 3,000+ balloon drop at noon, arts and crafts, live entertainment, face painting, and more. This annual tradition supports a different local charity each year.

New Year’s Countdown to Noon – Elmsford
Burn off some 2018 energy at Bounce U with an hour of trampoline fun, along with a pizza party, hats, noisemakers, and a countdown at noon.

Mid-day Countdown to New Year's – Scarsdale
Munch away on a continental breakfast, boogie down in the dance room, watch the “ball drop,” and countdown to noon at Fun Craft.

Kids Rocking New Year's Eve Party – Croton
Kids get their own New Year's Eve party at a reasonable hour, and it's all FREE. Head to the Croton Free Library to feast on refreshments, hear New Year's stories, and count down the number of hours till the ball drops.

New Year's at Noon – Poughkeepsie
Celebrate New Year's Eve in daylight hours at the Mid-Hudson Children's Museum with music, dancing, activities, and hourly surprises during a countdown to noon. New this year: a live performance by bagpipers, with an “Auld Lang Syne” singalong.

Early Evening

New Year’s Eve Family Fun – Pelham Manor
A bit pricier than events we typically feature, this holiday shindig at Dave & Buster's offers a Power Card for gaming, an appetizer buffet, face painting, crafts, and a video ball drop to ring in the New Year.

Westchester Winter Wonderland  – Valhalla
The holiday extravaganza that recurs throughout December will add a pyrotechnic show and 8pm ball drop on New Year’s Eve.

Family New Year's Eve Party – Bronxville
Keep the “eve” in New Year's Eve and still get to bed on time at this restaurant party that features a roving clown, hats, balloon animals, and noisemakers in a festive setting with Mexican food.

Late Night

New Year’s Eve Spectacular – White Plains
No need to brave the crowds in Times Square when you have this alternative so close by. A rowdy late-night affair and FREE; better suited for the teen set.

New Year's Eve Ball Drop – Yorktown
The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce is hosting its third annual New Year's Eve Ball Drop, a late-night party featuring music followed by a ball drop and fireworks. Fire pits keep it toasty. Another one for the teen (and adult) crowd. FREE

New Year's Eve Ball Drop – Peekskill
The annual Peekskill New Year's bash is a late-night event featuring a live band, giveaways, and a fireworks display.
