George Ranch Historical Park invites you to spend spring break immersed in living history as you tour the different historical sites, interact with costumed interpreters, indulge in historic meals, watch cattle round-ups, and more.

Saturday: March 12

10:00 a.m.- Steer Round up at the 1890’s Rail Car

11:00 a.m.- Calf Roping at the 1860’s Ryon Home

11:30 a.m.- Cattle Auction at the 1860’s Ryon Home

1:00 p.m.- Cowboy Cooking Demonstrations and Music at the Chuckwagon Camp

2:00 p.m.- Calf Roping at the 1860’s Ryon Home

3:00 p.m.- Steer Round up at 1890’s Rail Car

***Brand Registry and Dummy Calf Roping activities will be ongoing at the 1860’s Ryon Home.

Tuesday, March 15- Wednesday, March 16 

11:00 a.m.- Steer Round up at the 1890’s Rail Car

1:00 p.m.- Cowboy Cooking and Music at the Chuckwagon Camp

3:30 p.m.- Join our Chief Curator, Chris Godbold, at the 1890’s Davis Mansion for a short lecture and special collection viewing focused of the Ryon Farm and Pasture Company!
