The 10th annual Islamic Arts Festival brings people of all ages, ethnicities, and faiths together for a weekend of fun, festivity, and learning.

During the two-day festival, visitors will have the opportunity to see the work of artists who will be available in person.  Visitors will also be able to take part in interactive art sessions, learn about Islamic art and culture, as well as enjoy ethnic cuisine from food trucks. In addition, there will be live demonstrations on calligraphy, henna tattoos, Ebru, painting, Arabesque pattern coloring, and lots of children’s art activities.

 The Museum of Fine Arts Houston and The Children’s Museum of Houston will be overseeing the children’s art programs.
