Mom is the word with Fit4Mom Stroller Barre on Wednesdays at CityPlace. Get fit with your kiddos in tow as you combine cardio and strength for an awesome burn. 

Classes are free for first-timers. Memberships are available. Classes available every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m until the end of 2021.
