Unity of Houston will put on the Annual Pet Blessing event, where furry, feathered, finned and scaled friends and their beloved human companions come together for a special moment to honor, cherish, and show gratitude for pet members of their families. 

We will offer blessings for the joy, comfort, and companionship pets bring into our lives. Each pet will be individually blessed, and their humans will receive a keepsake blessing certificate to commemorate the event. Pets brought in carriers or cages, and well-controlled animals on a leash are welcome. For homebound animals, bring a photo of your beloved pet to be blessed. 

Vendors will be onsite with information about Animeals, animal therapy services, a bakery that cooks up treats for pets, pet rescue and adoption agencies, a pet portraits artist, pet jewelry for people and more. Event will take place in the sanctuary courtyard
