Oh Baby! Dance is a 50 minute fun, babywearing, lo-impact dance fitness class designed for new moms (dads too) and their non-mobile babies.

OBD provides a safe and fun atmosphere to bond with your baby, connect with other new moms, and dance your way to a fitter you.
