The $8.5 million Astolat Dollhouse Castle will be on public display this holiday season at The Shops of Columbus Circle in the Time Warner Center for the first time.

The Astolat Dollhouse Castle, a museum-quality miniature structure appraised as the most valuable dollhouse in the world, will kick off a world-wide tour to raise funds for multiple children’s charities at The Shops at Columbus Circle. The 9-foot tall structure weighs 800 pounds. It was designed by famed miniaturist Elaine Diehl with help from artisans from around the globe.

The Castle, and a selection of 10,000 of its 30,000 interior fine art miniatures, will be on display from November 12-December 8.

The November 12 unveiling of the dollhouse will coincide with Time Warner Center’s lighting of its “Holiday Under the Stars” at 5pm, where 12 giant (14-feet!) stars will hang from the ceiling of the Great Room overlooking iconic Central Park.
