The Art of Swimming is an elite, full service, private, backyard swim school servicing the Hamptons and the East End of Long Island. Genius Design Lab is not your typical summer or afterschool program. There, children can make their imagination a reality (or virtual reality).
 
Everything starts with concept and design. Genius Design Lab teaches students the basics of 3-D modeling and printing/video game making/graphic design, then helps them concept and develop their ideas. They offer a unique learning experience for kids and teens from ages 10–16. The project-based approach encourages exploration and creativity with cutting-edge technologies that many students don’t get to try at school. Let's Cook, Long Island teaches children ages 2 and up about nutrition and healthy cooking through fun classes, camps, and birthday parties.

Each cooking class will start with a 30-minute educational activity or game followed by the class cooking 2-4 healthy recipes. Children are shwon how to make the recipe, and then they make it themselves! This is a fun, interactive hands-on cooking class. Classes will be 1 or 2 hours in length, depending on the age group being taught.

The signature 8-hour cooking program (4 classes, 2 hours long) will lay a solid foundation of cooking skills to last a lifetime. Your child will learn how to make healthy snacks, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for him/herself. This is a great core cooking program for any child who is looking to help with a family meal or just learn some important kitchen skills and build confidence in the kitchen.

The birthday cooking class typically lasts for 2 hours. These birthday parties are very hands-on, fun, and educational, and they also provide the children with cooking skills they can use for a lifetime.

Music Together Sing Shalom (Long Island)

Music Together Sing Shalom's weekly parent-child music classes are uniquely designed for families with young children (birth-age 5) using the internationally recognized Music Together® early childhood music education program, enriched with Jewish songs. Each week, a community of families comes together to sing, dance, and play in a class led by a trained Music Together teacher/Jewish educator. Families will learn lots of ways to interact musically with their children while supporting development, strengthening family relationships, and connecting with the Jewish music tradition.
