The Michael Filipek Tennis & Sports Academy / an adidas Tennis Camp (Avon Old Farms)


In its eighth year, the Michael Filipek Tennis & Sports Academy / adidas tennis camp – has established itself as one of the best camps in the Northeast. We offer three weeks of overnight and day camps on the pristine campus of one of the finest boarding schools in the Northeast; Avon Old Farms School in Avon, CT. We also offer two weeks of day camp at Choate Rosemary Hall School in Wallingford, CT. These two schools boast beautiful campuses along with some of the finest tennis and athletic facilities in New England.
For 2014, we are very excited to offer our campers again the option to attend our multi sport camp in addition to our full day tennis camp. Our multi sport camp is designed for those campers who wish to improve their tennis but also balance their experience with other sports. The soccer and basketball components will be instructional based and the skills and training included in these three sports are quite complimentary. The STEM in the City Summer Camp


A STEM Career and College Awareness Experience for Rising 8th and 9th Graders July 6-10, 2015 Each day of this fun and innovative camp features both an excursion to a Boston-area company, organization, or field site that highlights a variety of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) disciplines and a related classroom lab activity. In addition, campers will begin to explore college life and academics through campus tours and discussions with college students and staff. Your child will explore a variety of subjects in a relaxed and creative setting that allows them to develop and strengthen their interest in STEM fields while building bonds with their peers. Home base for STEM in the City Summer Camp is the Department of Mathematics and Science on Wheelock College's Boston campus. Campers will meet at Wheelock and be introduced to a STEM topic.

The Umbrella Community Arts Center - Ninjas in Nature Summer Camp


Ninjas in Nature arts and outdoors adventure day camp (ages 8-12) takes place on the wooded grounds of the beautiful Nashoba Brooks School in Concord. It combines skills of nature, awareness, high-energy games, crafting with natural materials, and introductory ninjutsu—the art of the ancient ninja. Students learn a variety of hands-on wildcrafting, survival, and stealth skills from building fires, woodworking, and shelter-making to tracking, foraging, and camouflage. Torit Montessori Summer STEAM


This summer, Torit Montessori will once again partner with Empow Studios, sports coaches, and specialty teachers to offer students entering grades 1 through 6 (typically ages 7 to 12) the opportunity to explore robotics, coding, art, drama, summer sports, and field trips in an eclectic mix of activities. Whether indoors or out, Torit's summer program is unique, engaging, fun, and educational. Offerings include coding, robotics, game design, art, drama, soccer, swimming, and tennis.
