0

i2 Camp brings fun, immersive, hands-on STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) to kids age 9-13. i2 has developed its innovative courses with MIT, the American Museum of Natural History, Harvard, and other world-class scientific and academic institutions to cover a range of STEM topics, including engineering, genetics, robotics, computer science, mathematics, ecology, and more.

This year, i2 has created several new courses to join favorites from past years, including Cyber Security (developed in partnership with the US Naval Academy) and Sensors and Code in Space (developed by Raspberry Pi Foundation). i2's programs have been run both during the school year and during the summer at schools across the United States and around the world. Each i2 course is a week-long, hands-on, immersive project.

ImprovBoston Comedy Camps

0

Spend a week or two (or five) at New England’s premiere comedy camp. Our professionally-trained instructors represent some of Boston’s best and most experienced improvisational comedians. We create a fun and supportive environment within which students can explore, develop, and succeed. While improvisation is best known for the power to amaze and entertain through hilarious performances, the fundamentals of the art also set forth a creative process leading to support, engagement, trust, and applied risk-taking off-stage as well as on. Using our unique approach to theater, students learn improvisation skills that not only make them better performers, but provide life-long tools they can use every day. We teach students to have confidence in their own point of view, accept "mistakes" as gifts, become inspired team players, and communicate their ideas more effectively.

International School of Boston

Bonjour! This summer give your children a day-camp experience they will never forget. The International School of Boston's Summer Camp engages children in a wide array of activities, all designed to enhance their skills in spoken and written French, as well as their comprehension of the language. The best time to acquire a new language is before the age of twelve, and our program is designed especially for just those children. Under the guidance of French-speaking teachers, campers participate in recreational, creative, and academic activities, all contributing to their education in French.

The program welcomes students who are new to the language as well as French-speakers. ISB's camp is the ideal environment for learning and speaking the language. Camp runs for 5 weeks, from June 20 through July 22 and is open to current pre-k through 5th grade students. Our campers go beyond immersion: they virtually "swim" in French!
