Sokol New York

At Sokol, gymnasts learn how to strengthen their bodies from head to toe by working on all 6 Olympic apparatuses: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and the high bar. Through empowering coaches and gradual progressions, children and adults acquire the confidence and perseverance to master new skills, overcome discomfort, and express themselves creatively.

In Baby, Tots, and Pre-K & K classes, students do age-appropriate activities on all equipment—beams, bars, rings, climber, trampoline, and more. The curriculum provides just the right balance of repetition for the reinforcement of skills and variation for stimulating creativity, self-expression, and confidence.

Not only does Sokol have gymnastics, but it also offers the following classes for adults and kids: yoga, aerials, volleyball, basketball, dance (ballet, hip hop, jazz/tap, modern), rhythmic gymnastics, and Taekwondo.
