Celebrate the summer solstice with a beautiful early morning trail run in Gay City State Park with three race distances to choose from: 3 mile, 5 mile or 8 mile. The 8 Mile race is part of the 2022 Blue-Blazed Trail Running Series.

Race participants earn custom technical socks with an option to add on a race shirt.

Give Back: Please help give back to the community. Donations of nonperishable food will be collected on race day through the HMF Can drive to benefit Connecticut Foodshare, which provides assistance to those families in need in Greater Hartford. The food donation drive is supported by Stop & Shop.
