The annual Family Fourth of July Celebration will be held at Waveny Park. The late-day activities will include family picnicking, live music, a children's game area, a food court, and a spectacular fireworks display.

 Event passes are necessary to enter the park both by car or walking and may be purchased at the Recreation Department Office, Town Hall, and by New Canaan residents online.  The Family Fourth of July Celebration is made possible entirely through contributions from New Canaan residents, the business community, and local civic organizations.
