Introduce your kids to the joy of yoga with Kids n Kids Yoga at The Omstead. Led by expert instructors Lindsay and Laura, this class is tailored to kids ages 5-12 and includes some furry baby goat friends to make the experience even more fun.

Let your kids stretch, bend, and embrace mindfulness in a playful and positive environment.
