Join the Mill River Collaborative for a Halloween Celebration! There will be tricks, flicks & treats for the entire family! Kids are strongly encouraged to come dressed in their Halloween best! Treats will include cotton candy, candy apples, and Marlie’s Famous Hot Cider.
