Run or walk along beautiful Bantam Lake! A great way to spend an afternoon with your girlfriends, your mom, your sisters, your daughters. Don't be afraid to let your style show. Tiaras, boas, and other fun accessories are welcomed and encouraged. 

This is a USATF Certified 5k Race Course (code CT12014JHP) for women and girls in a picturesque setting along beautiful Bantam Lake. The course is mostly flat, so it's suitable for beginners. Girls and women of all ages are encouraged to run, walk, and enjoy themselves at this empowering event.
