Chef Instructor Christina Hart will be teaching this class. Foodology "Blue Plate Special" is a term diners use for a discount-priced meal that changes daily. Foodology wanted to offer a cost-friendly class to help people navigate how to feed themselves and/or their families a delicious meal on a budget.

Foodology will be offering "Blue Plate Special" classes one Tuesday a month. Join us this March as we take it back to my childhood with a gourmet version of the classic sloppy Joe and my favorite gooey and chewy chocolate chip cookies!

This class is hands on. All recipes will be provided. Seats are limited.
