The Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton invites children in grades 3 through 5 to an afterschool cooking class. Instructor Erica Benvenuti, RD, a community nutrition program educator with the UConn Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program, will lead kids in creating delicious breakfast foods.
