A real community event, the 4th of July parade pulls together everyone—from business owners to local organizations to marching bands—to celebrate America's independence.

Recognizing the role that the armed forces play in preserving our independence, this event celebrates the strong bond Groton enjoys with the Subase and Military.

The route starts at Poquonnock Plains Park and moves down Rt. 1 to Drozdyck Avenue.
