On Sensory Saturdays, from 9–10am, guests can enjoy a sensory-friendly morning. In the Crown Family PlayLab, there are opportunities for children of all ages and abilities to learn and create through hands-on exploration with tactile opportunities and sensory tools.
This event welcomes families and children with disabilities as well as with sensory processing needs. (Siblings, family members, and caregivers are also welcome.) It is free with advance registration, but space is limited to 40 guests so that families can enjoy a crowd-free space. To register for a Sensory Saturday event, guests can email accessibilityeducator@fieldmuseum.org.
