New City hosts the Great Pumpkin “Pup & Kid” Festival to celebrate all things fall and Halloween There will be a parade, games, treats, and a costume contest ($5 suggested donation to participate). Proceeds benefit One Tail at a Time.

Prizes will be awarded for scariest, best pair, and most creative. Guests can register before the parade, and the contest starts at 3pm. Winners will be announced by 4:30pm!

Guests can visit the NEWCITY Pumpkin Spice Garden to play Boo Bingo and win spooky prizes, grab a pumpkin donut, or let their furry ghouls and boys play on the lawn.

Kids can Trick or Treat throughout the complex, collecting candy and goodies from NEWCITY tenants while enjoying roaming entertainment.
