The Field Museum hosts a special event dedicated to advocacy on behalf of science, where guests can talk to scientists, learn how to take real steps to protect the natural world, and participate in a variety of hands-on activities.

Guests can participate in any of the following activities:

Register to vote and write a postcard to tell legislators what they care about

Digitize specimens from the Field Museum's botany collections

Help save monarch butterflies by planting milkweed

Play games and learn about teen programs at the Field Museum

Use and make Field Guides to explore local habitats

Write a poem celebrating the natural world

Volunteer to protect natural areas

Illinois residents enjoy free Basic admission to the museum all day.
