Lincoln Park Zoo is temporarily closed.

These nature-inspired, hands-on, playducational activities are designed for kids ages 1-5 and their caregivers.

Activities are guided by play assistants and are located throughout the farm grounds in warm weather and inside the Main Barn in cold or rainy weather. Kids can enjoy sorting pinecones, digging in smooth seeds, storytime, sensory bins, and the process art station. 

Play Days are canceled if the predicted temperatures are around 20 degrees Farenheit or below or in the event of heavy storms or snow. Cancellations that are known in advance are posted on the LPZ website.
