The 22nd Annual Chicago Kids and Kites Festival returns to signal the beginning of spring.

Free kite kits will be provided while supplies last for kids to decorate and fly. Participants are invited to bring their own kites or purchase one at the festival as well. Professional kite flyers will be on hand showing off their unique kites and their amazing skills.
