EnerGEEwhizz will be hosting online workouts at 1pm for anyone who would like to join. The workouts will also be uploaded to YouTube for future use after the livestream is complete.

The workout today will be utilizing household items, so make sure to have them ready.

They include:

(1) Laundry Basket

(2) 6 Plastic Cups or Canned Food

(3) 8 small stuffed animals (or slippers or shoes)

(4) A broom or other item with a long handle

(5) Tape (painters if you have it)

(6) A computer, tablet, or phone with Zoom

(7) YOU!!!!
